My Health Journey

I was an addict.

As a former saboteur extraordinaire I struggled with my weight for years. My own destructive behaviours included negative self-talk, people-pleasing, binge-drinking, and emotional eating by stuffing my feelings with food. I would suppress and stuff down feelings of guilt, shame and regret from life's past events with food.

Addicted to eating, comfort foods, carbs, sugars… really all the ultra-processed foods that are so normalized in society. It was a slow and steady downward spiral over many years that came to a grinding halt in March 2019, when I finally started listening to my body and the physical symptoms it was putting out there.

Once I became conscious of my self sabotaging ways and shifted my mindset I began to unlearn and deprogram from my old conditioning which led me to ditch the bullshit processed foods, the sugars and the refined carbs. 

 

I started focusing on nutrition, physical health, mindset and overall well-being. Within a year and a half I lost 60lbs and successfully kept it off - I've never felt better!

I overcame my programmed mind to achieve weight loss success 5 years ago - and YOU can too!

There isn't one area in my life that hasn't improved due to my mental and physical transformation, and I want to help you do the same!
