What To Expect

You’ve built up such momentum in the last six weeks of your weight loss journey and want to keep it going! You’ve connected with an amazing group and shared the experiences together - the insights, the challenges, and the wins. You’ve benefited from the comradery and accountability of the other members. What to expect We will dive deeper into each subject and uncover additional factors to consider on your weight loss journey, including hormones, sleep health, circadian rhythm, leptin resistance, medications, and underlying health conditions. A holistic nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition will be a guest speaker and answer your specific questions about food and nutrition. Expect to keep momentum building as you progress through your weight loss journey - experiencing success on the scale and mastering your mindset. 6x 90 Minute bi-weekly Group Coaching calls Mon-Fri Voxer access Sessions are every other Tuesday from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST, starting Tuesday, February 27, 2024 and ending Tuesday, May 7th, 2024. Offer available until February 26, 2024 at midnight.
